Seasonal work across Europe
Seasonal jobs in the Alps, the Arctic, Iceland and beyond, checked by us before they're posted. English-speaking teams, real contracts and real take-home pay. Go solo or bring your party.
Choose your quest
The names are for fun. The jobs inside are described plainly: the role, the hours, the pay and where you'll sleep.
Pay ranges and ratings are a rough guide, not job offers.
The quest board
What you do, what you keep, where you live and how hard it is. Difficulty is rated by people who've done the job.
The first real quests go live in January 2027 for the summer season.
How a quest gets on the board
We go to employers directly: hotels, resorts and producers. No staffing agencies in the middle.
We confirm the team works in English and which roles need a local language.
We ask about pay, deductions, housing and hours, then talk to people who worked there.
The quest goes live with real numbers. After the season, workers rate it.
Party up
Most people would go if a friend came too. Employers like it as well: a group fills a staff house and stays the whole season.
You never pay to get a job. Employers cover the cost.
Free movement means you can work anywhere in the EU and EEA, and on Svalbard.
Every card shows what you actually keep, not just the headline wage.
For employers
We send English-speaking EU candidates who know exactly what the job involves before they arrive, often as small groups who stay the whole season. Fewer no-shows, fewer mid-season quits.
